Where it started
For years, mobile repair was the Wild West of electronics — inconsistent quotes, invisible part swaps, and no accountability once the device crossed the counter. Mr Senior began in 2024 as one honest experiment: a single bench in Shastri Nagar where the diagnosis is free, the estimate is written, and the invoice matches the promise.
We standardized service cards, turnaround logs, part grading and warranty receipts long before competitors saw the value. Today the same discipline powers our insurance packages, our accessories counter, and the customer panel where claims are tracked like parcels.

Brijesh spent close to a decade repairing devices across Ahmedabad before starting Mr Senior. He watched the industry he loved trade reputation for shortcuts — and decided a small shop doing honest work loudly, repeatedly, would out-organize the chaos faster than any regulation.
